Add 2.2 javadocs and update wiki to point to them #12

I stand corrected, they are on the home page, just not here: https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-annotations/wiki/Documentation

I updated that page. Two open questions remain:

Is that page still needed, since it duplicates info on the home page?
Should there be an update for 2.2.1 docs?

Right, I need to delete separate pages -- realized that for this project, a single main wiki page is enough for downloads, javadoc links, and other pages only needed for other info. Will go ahead.

I am not planning to push other 2.2.x javadocs, unless there are changes, since they do not differ from 2.2.0 (and also won't be deployed automatically -- would be nice to automate copying to gh-pages, but right now there are couple of manual steps).
