seems to be last version of resteasy to support jaxrs (as opposed to jakarta-rs)

The resteasy jaxrs/jakarta-rs dependencies are really confusing - I give up on this

Sorry it's such a mess. I hope Jakarta-rs side is better & this provider will not need too many updates.
