Wiki is broken #223

The links on the page https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-modules-java8/wiki are broken (HTTP Status 404). They use https://fasterxml.github.com instead of https://fasterxml.github.io

Fixed, thanks for reporting. Also looks like Maven changed their URL, so that is fixed now too.
