Remove `QNameCreator` compatibility class #194

Helper class QNameCreator was added in Woodstox 3.2.x to work around some issues with older App Server having incompatible version of QName class. But it has been 15 years since the release in which this was needed so let's get rid of this work-around for Woodstox 7.0
