This PR adds a warning to the call-made and document-sent-to-lender activity types stating they have been depreciated in favor of the newer request-pending-lender-contacted activity type. This will need to be merged AFTER the issues related to 246-Create new activity "Request-Pending-Lender-Contacted" and introduce the activity type to ODA AND Faxes AND Calls have been merged.

Per IAA's needs, this needs to be held off from deployment until August 19th
