Update Order, LoG & Payoffs Sections #43

Overview

The Refresh Order(s) Request endpoint was been updated to also refresh LoGs & Payoffs, so you it's docs needed to be updated to reflect the changes. Also, the Refresh Letter of Guarantee Request endpoint, as well as Refresh Payoff Request needed to be updated to mention that they are now deprecated.

Verify that a list of document types is listed
