Fix 3.5.13.2 building #17

I haven't tested all combinations of flags, and this only really covers trinity-base/kdebase-starttde, but it's probably half the battle. Verified everything seems to be working well enough, for the moment.

I'll note for the record that I've included the Manifests repoman made, but they seem quite different in structure from the ones they replaced; I'm not sure if that's a problem.

Thanks for patches and sorry I haven't respond for a while. The 3.5 branch is dead for a while. If the patches are still relevant to current version, please redirect them to upstream.
