Feature request: KSquirrel ebuild #8

It would be very nice to have an ebuild for KSquirrel, if this wasn't too hard. :) Thanks!

Not likely will be soon, due to it is not ported to cmake yet, but I'll try to do my best...

In the meantime, you can refer to my fork which has ksquirrel compiled using autoconf and make.

If you finish up your ebuilds in QA-sense e.g. including optional support for kipi-plugins (and packaging it as well), linguas and verify dependencies, I may include them here, It would be better than nothing...
