Weapons that start with more than 1 ammo type wind up with 1 of each type of magazine #6

Example: RHS HMMWV with Mk19. After the ammocan conversion, there is one mag of M430 and one mag of M1001 in the gun. S/B 1 mag of M430 in the gun and no M1001.

On 2nd thought, this allows users to load various ammo types using the vanilla interface. If one of every magazine type in the vehicle is loaded into the gun, the user can easily switch ammo types with a scroll interaction, addressing Issue #2 .
