Add events of stx stacking cycles #14

It would be nice to see the stx blocks for the stx stacking cycles on https://fatstx.github.io/wenblok

WenBlok is something Rage (my co-programmer) created which was very helpful with all the activity in Fall 2021. I think it could be useful again for various events in the Stacks ecosystem, but it will need a UI for people to submit events/dates, along with an approval process. Right now it's 100% manual on our end. Possibly will consider looking more into it after April when US taxes are due.
