New Skill Spam Presets - Spam All, Start Wave 2/3

Describe the feature

Fairly straightforward. I think it would be useful to have a couple of additional preset options for the skill spam setup page-- "Spam All Wave 2+" and "Spam All Wave 3+" where it acts like the "Spam All" button, except it ignores wave 1 or ignores wave 1 and 2. I typically find when I'm setting up spam I end up going through and disabling it on earlier rounds so that FGA doesn't use skills that I need for future waves. (If I'm face carding round 1 for instance.)

Another option that I thought was how it was set up at one point (though I might just be remembering discussion around how to implement) would be to actually have a check box for avoiding the use of a skill through skill spam until after it has been used for the last time in the command chain, but that's likely a ton more work for not a lot of gain.

As someone who doesn't play FGO anywhere near seriously enough to setup "3 turn" things like veteran players, I highly approve any upgrades to the 'spam' mode for FGA.
