FGA doesn't work on Moto G31 #1308

Are those black bars on the left and right side of the screen?

You need to set up a custom game area to exclude those black bars. Post a screenshot of fgo and I'll see if I can find those custom game area values for you

Custom values are 182 left, 64 bottom and 83 right

Oh, just set the values on app, but still no answer

The exact values are left=182, right=82, bottom=63.

Just 2 pixels off, but maybe that's it.

If it doesn't work, upload a video of the support screen loop again.

Tried restarting and reinstalling the app, still doesn't do anything lol

Can you explain why your phone has a black bar at the bottom?

If you're using Gesture Navigation, try switching to 3 button and check if they disappear.

I don't know why the black bar appears, only happens in fgo, already tried changing gesture navigation and changing to full screen, but nothing changes

Sorry, I'm all out of ideas. The rectangles look correct in your last screenshot.
