owner information extension #339

Please add an owner information extension so maximized lockscreen widgets do 
not obscure the owner information.

many custom roms allow you to have your lockscreen widgets maximized by default.

however maximized lockscreen widgets means that the owner information is not 
immediately visible if the phone is found.
