At the moment, adding a youtube video with a specified start time using their timestamp URL feature (#t=10m30s, for instance) is not implemented, and the video is shown in full. There should be a method of posting a video starting from a given time.

It would be awesome to be able to set an end time as well, but I don't think YouTube's API supports that.
