I removed the text, but here you can see that there is blur on the ends of the menu, picom compositor, bspwm shell.

How can I fix this problem, I guess the problem is not in picom but in the theme. I use Gruvbox-BL-Dark

the problem is observed exclusively in gtk4, in gtk3 blur works exactly in the menu and not behind it.
