New PR, same stuff #41

TODO:

[x] Clean up deprecated columns in db (elo change in match and elo in player)
[x] Add rating system to season + fetch rating system from season in calculations

There is a bit of not-so-nice typing in rating.ts with the type casting done in getRatingSystem, but as I mentioned the other day it simplifies some changes quite a bit
