Guest users - non-twoday bois #59

Allow admins to add guest users by simply entering their name somewhere in the admin module. The user should be shown on the leaderboard and possible to register games with. The user should not be able to login, register games themselves or access their stats.

If/when this is implemented - create an issue if deemed appropriate making it possible to toggle these guests on/off in the leaderboard view.
