Merge in DirectWrite patch #140

It is time to start merging in the DirectWrite patch used in ICE IV's fork of Putty. The quality of the font rendering is just so much better. Especially with fonts using Postscript outlines. An example here with the Source Code Pro font from Adobe: http://saivert.com/pages/fontrenderinginputty.html
