Let underline focus indicator have theme accent color #12

We have an option now to use custom accent colors for the shell, would be nice if the underline indicating the focus would use the currently picked accent color.

I will implement a setting to select a custom accent color, should be out soon.

Added in v3 (#13) a color picker in settings to customize the accent color.

The extension will soon be update in the gnome extension store (waiting for approval).
