Bug Description: in transaction failed scenario unable to proceed the payment.
Bug Description1: in mobile application, if transaction fails means the given details should be static in welcome page it should not allow the user to edit it.
Bug Description2: in web application before the payment the Member and Partner portals are allows the user to login and there is no any transaction screen in it.
Bug Description3: in mobile application transaction fails means unable to close that screen.
