problem with version 2.6.2 #309

with version 2.5.1 i can read a ublox virtual com port on a win 10 machine running java11. with version 2.6.2 on the same machine openport always returns false

Closing due to inability to reproduce. Also, our primary test case before any commit/release is reading in all testable cases from a ublox serial port on Windows 10, so this is unlikely to be a bug. Please re-open with more information if this error persists for you.
