Convert project to multi-module project. #316

As a preparation for #133, I have converted the project to a multi module project.

At this time, I'm going to close this PR because the next major release (3.0.0) will include a complete overhaul of Android-based functionality, removing the need for the loading of native libraries and allowing the library to be used on non-root devices.
