Error calling POST https://www.googleapis.com/upload/youtube/v3/videos?part=status%2Csnippet&uploadType=multipart: (401) Unauthorized

I've had the same problem, just make sure that you have a channel created on that user. If that's not working try to login with another user then switch back to you channel.
