Updates CI Pipeline #138

This PR fixes #134 and adds pipeline for androidApp and iosApp Build The IOS build is failing for some reason but its successful when the script is run locally. I am trying to find a way around it

I will close this PR because :

  1. I opened this PR because of testing purposes(There are alot of unwanted commits that I would not want it pushed to the main branch)
  2. This PR is same as #139
