This PR adds README.md. Its not complete yet, since anyone can add changes to the readme and push to this branch before we merge Fixes #44

Let me read more on Library Publishing. @CalebKL Is there any other section that needs documenting?

At the moment, it looks good for V1.

@Fbada006 Readme LGTM. I think this is good to Merge since we will update the readme after we have published the Library on Maven. If you agree with this, go ahead and merge
