SSC fails to reset player HP #10

There are instances where a new player joins SSC enabled server and register a new account. But their HP is not properly reset to 100 and they retain the HP they had from outside the servers.

No clue as of now on what causes this issue.

Could be related to the player switching out of the game (tabbing to another app, etc.)
