TileBan does not prevent Target Dummy placement #7

Target Dummies still can be placed while banned, the player will see the warning message saying "no permission to place this tile" but bouncer fails to revert the tile placement. Maybe has to do target dummy being a tilesquare instead of a singular tile.

Does not occur as long as the user does not have ignore.sendtilesquare permission.
