pxlssq should recognize `standard` data #102

E.g. morphological characters. At present defaults to DNA. Need to make use of get_alpha_name. 'Standard' data are stored with the MULTI alphabet. Will have to do a bit of work to gather the range of character identifiers used, but pretty straightforward.

With ebf40c88da76e63b5cd1f1974f8d452fbe3337ea supports binary and arbitrarily coded standard (morphological) data. Also better handling of interleaved data. I've tested it pretty extensively, but will do a few more tomorrow and then close this.
