With ebf40c88da76e63b5cd1f1974f8d452fbe3337ea supports binary and arbitrarily coded standard (morphological) data. Also better handling of interleaved data. I've tested it pretty extensively, but will do a few more tomorrow and then close this.
E.g. morphological characters. At present defaults to DNA. Need to make use of
get_alpha_name
. 'Standard' data are stored with theMULTI
alphabet. Will have to do a bit of work to gather the range of character identifiers used, but pretty straightforward.
