homebrew/science is gone
brewsci/bio has binary packages now

I don't have access to a mac. Can @blackrim or @jfwalker test/confirm this?

Works for me, thanks Jonathan! Looking over it v0.99 is significantly more limited in what it can do and pxcat has that bug where it only works on nucleotides (inserts N's instead of "-"). Pxrr also has a few issues with rooting in the v0.99, and theres been about 10 programs added since. We should consider doing a new release ASAP.

@jonchang Does home/linuxbrew need to use a release, or can it just pull the most recent code available?

It's possible to use the most recent code, but preferable to work off of releases (more predictable), so when you tag a new version open a pull request for phyx at https://github.com/brewsci/homebrew-bio and I'll look over it and merge it. Feel free to @ me if you need help with this process.
