Fix changes from sklearn to scikit-learn

Proposed Changes

• In this PR, I fixed the error when installing the sklearn library by changing it to scikit-learn.
• Resolving fixes this error is that when the user runs setup.py, the error doesn't occur.

Hi we are still facing the issue, as the branch the change(from sklearn to scikit-learn) was made on master. The error still persists on the fets_challenge branch where you did not change sklearn to scikit-learn in the setup.py . When we try to change the branch to master and work, we face another issue with the submodule GANDLF.
