How to assemble EPUB #1

Thank you for sharing this book in a readable format!

Is it supposed to be read directly from filesystem in the browser using file://?

May be that is something obvious, but I was wondering if there is a simple way to assemble it into EPUB for a reader device?

renaming folder "a-guide-to-modern-cookery" to "a-guide-to-modern-cookery.epub" worked for me as in importing it to "Apple Books" Reader App
