First of all, forgive me if this is not the place or a suitable question, but I am new to this world:

I have followed the steps to run the C790 on my raspberry Pi 5 (4GB) with raspberry pi os 64 bits with everything updated but when I do the final step (the 4th) I get this:

lucas@raspberrypi:~/Desktop/hdmi2csi2card $ bash enablehdmi.sh
Cannot open device /dev/v4l-subdev2, exiting.
Cannot open device /dev/v4l-subdev2, exiting.
Cannot open device /dev/v4l-subdev2, exiting.

Cannot open device /dev/video0, exiting.
Cannot open device /dev/video0, exiting.

I give you my config.txt, to make sure everything is okay but I'm 99.9% sure that it is

I hope you can help me and if I succeed I will try to update config.txt

There may be something wrong with the physical connection between your CSI module and Pi5. Can you post a picture of your physical connection?
