As an individual who has discovered the prohibition, I want to be quickly directed to a place where I can find further information on the prohibition, so that my concerns can promptly be assuaged.

Given I have newly discovered the prohibition, when I review the source of the discovery, then I must quickly be linked to the ICTS microsite.
