As a service designer, I need UX design validation. I need to conduct a small focus group interview with internal network (past colleague, 4-5 candidates)
We are conducting a small focus group interview in order to identify the end-users of this application. These user research will provide us with the information that will require us to design a responsive site that will be beneficial for the offending company and the client.
We will schedule a one hour, a virtual focus group interview with 5-6 individuals from Fearless/LinkedIn (user research, business development, etc.) and give them prompts. We record it and take notes. Then share our findings with BIS.
The goal is to not make this a heavy lift of research. Could be done in a week.
