As an applicant filing exemption requests,I want to make sure the portal is accessible, where applicable so that there are no barriers to completion.
Acceptance Criteria
Given that accessibility is built into our work, we have created a checklist to make sure accessibility is working where applicable.
Dependencies #93 Install WAVE accessibility evaluation tool, to catch any accessibility needs we may have missed in the checklist.
