Hello.

Do you plan to apply a patch for recent DoS bug (https://bitcoincore.org/en/2018/09/20/notice/)?

It looks like your code has the relevant line: https://github.com/FeatherCoin/Feathercoin/blob/d61a127ba728e9790d0d4f0dac5cda43eee724d0/src/validation.cpp#L3125

Working on the update now pulling in everything from 0.16.2 and 0.16.3 into the next FTC release. Expect the new version tomorrow at the latest.
