Coins Tab - Spend -> When preferences is set to "Spend only confirmed coins" is checked then user should only be able to send confirmed coins #101

Expected Behavior

Coins Tab - Spend -> When preferences is set to "Spend only confirmed coins" is checked then user should only be able to send confirmed coins

Current Behavior

Coins Tab - Spend -> When preferences is set to "Spend only confirmed coins" is checked then user is able to send unconfirmed coins to another wallet

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open a wallet 2.Go to Preferences -> Transaction tab and check the "spend only confirmed coins" box 3.Now go to coins tab and right click on the address where coins are not yet confirmed and click on Spend 4.User is taken to send tab and he is able to send the unconfirmed coins to another address
