Send Tab -> Amount value displayed in send tab and transactional window(from preview button) are different

Expected Behavior

Any changes done to the amount in the amount field of the send tab should be reflected in transactional window (which appears after clicking on preview button) also.

Current Behavior

When user changes the amount in the amount text field using max button or manually and click on preview button , the change in amount is not displayed in transactional window

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a wallet
• Click on Send tab
• Enter an address and click on max button
• Amount field fills up the max amount which can be send
• Click on preview button
• The transaction window opens but the amount displayed there is different from the send tab amount[ mostly only 0 is displayed]

Note : Issue exists in bitcoin also

• Version used: Electrum 3.0.6.5
• Operating System and version: Windows 10

This issue exists only when we try to transfer funds to the receiving address of the same wallet [Case stands even for a restored wallet] @lclc : Is this a valid bug?
