Menu -> Tools -> Plugins -> Label Sync settings -> Label sync Force upload/Force download does not work #80

Expected Behavior

Menu -> Tools -> Plugins -> Label Sync settings -> Clicking on Label sync Force upload/Force download should display a message "Labels synchronized"

Current Behavior

Menu -> Tools -> Plugins -> Label Sync settings ->Clicking on Label sync Force upload/Force download does not display any changes when done for the second time

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open a wallet

  1. Select Tools -> Plugins
  2. Check the label sync option and click on settings button
  3. Force upload and Force download button appears 5.Clicking on them for the first time displays a message "Labels Synchronized" 6.Now close the wallet and reopen and continue the steps 2 ,3 and 4 7.Clicking on Force upload/Force download button does not display any messages[as already labels are synchronized].
  4. Either the Force upload/Force Download button should be disabled for wallet where the labels are already synchronized

Context This gives an impression to user that their wallet labels are not synchronized

Your Environment

Note : In Bitcoin, clicking on Force upload/force download button throws an error
