Current Behavior
Menu -> Tools -> Plugins -> Cosigner Pool Option -> When fund is transferred from one the cosigner wallet , the other cosigner wallet does not know about the transaction untill other person informs
Steps to Reproduce
Open a wallet
Select Tools -> Plugin -> Enable Cosigner Pool
When one of the cosigner sends amount to another wallet
In the send tab, after the user enter valid details and sends fund the transaction details window should open with Send to Cosigner button (clicking on which should send that transaction details to the other cosigner)
Or this transaction should be displayed in History tab of the cosigner saying pending signature for this transaction
