Expected Behavior

Menu - Tools - Preferences - Fee tab -> Fee Unit -> Fee Unit set in preferences should reflect in preview window or fee slider tooltip

Current Behavior

Menu - Tools - Preferences - Fee tab -> Fee Unit -> Fee Unit set in preferences does not reflect in preview window or fee slider tooltip

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open a wallet 2.Set Tool -> Preferences - Fee tab - Fee Unit set to mFTC/KB 3.Open the send tab -> Mouse over the fee slider, the fee unit is displayed in FTC/KB instead of mFTC 4.Also while clicking on preview button in send tab the fee is displayed in FTC/KB

Your Environment

Note : There is no option in bitcoin to change the fee unit
