Expected Behavior

Menu - Tools - Preferences - Appearance - Language -> Changing the language and restarting electrum should change the GUI of the electrum to the selected language

Current Behavior

Menu - Tools - Preferences - Appearance - Language -> Changing the language and restarting electrum does not reflect any changes

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open a wallet 2.Menu - Tools - Preferences - Appearance - Language -> Select any other language other than default

  1. A message asking to restart electrum appears 4.Close electrum and restart
  2. No changes are reflected
