Menu ->Tool-> Preferences ->Fiat tab -> Show history rates -> Once this option is selected then the user is not able to make any changes in fiat tab #87

Expected Behavior

Menu ->Tool-> Preferences ->Fiat tab -> Show history rates -> Should work fine

Current Behavior

Menu ->Tool-> Preferences ->Fiat tab -> Show history rates -> Once this option is selected then the user is not able to make any changes in fiat tab

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open a wallet 2.Select Tool -> Preferences -> Fiat tab 3.Select the fiat currency in the drop down[say SHP] 4.check the fiat balance for address 5.Now in addresses tab we can see a column SHP Balance displayed 6.Now again go to Tool -> Preferences -> Fiat tab

  1. Check the "show history rates" 8.Automatically the Fiat currency moves to None 9.Close the wallet and open it again still the fiat tab will show 'None' in fiat currency colum and 'show history rate' which is checked is disabled and source dropdown also disabled. 10.User cannot make any changes after this.
