Expected Behavior

Edit Fee Manually (disabled mode) -> When edit fee manually option is unchecked in preferences, moving the slider should show the changes in fee field of preview window

Current Behavior

Edit Fee Manually (disabled mode) -> When edit fee manually option is unchecked in preferences, moving the slider does not show any change in fee field of preview window

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a wallet
• Click on Send tab
• Enter an address and click on max button
• Amount field fills up the max amount which can be send
• In the tools-> prefernces-> uncheck "edit fee manually" check box
• Now only fee slider is visible in send tab
• Now click on preview button, the fee value would be shown
• Now go to send tab and pull the fee slider to max, click on preview button
• Fee shows the same value in preview window
• Any change in the fee slider, does not show difference in fee amount in preview window
