Expected Behavior

Address tab -> Freeze -> When an address is freezed user should not be able to send funds from that address to another wallet

Current Behavior

Address tab -> Freeze -> When an address is freezed user is able to send funds from that address to another wallet

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open a wallet 2.Go to addresses tab,right click on a particular address and click on freeze 3.Now again right click on the same address and click on spend from. 4.User is taken to send tab and user is able to send funds to another wallet address
