Send Tab - When user manually tries to enter any text in pay to field , the amount and fee field values should not change

Send Tab - When user manually tries to enter any text in pay to field , the amount and fee field values are automatically removed
Steps to Reproduce
1.Open a wallet
2.Click on send tab
3.Click on max amount and adjuct fees
4.In the pay to field now manually type in
5.The amount field and fee field goes blank
