Update Model Entities #27

Write a script that will update the model entities that are stored in ndb. It may be a better option to map these in ndb to existing models so we can delete or rename them without borking someone's pipeline when we change things.

During the pipeline/table rewrite, we should move just the mid into the user's pipeline entry (right now it's called table). Then we don't have to do this, unless we remove a model.
