Write reusable Cloudformation template that sets up an HTTP redirect for guide.pilosa.com to the Gsuite Site.
This can exist as a section of tools/cfn-production. This must use S3 as a redirect provider as described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10115799/set-up-dns-based-url-forwarding-in-amazon-route53
