Bright Ore seems to be incompatible with Industrial Revolution. It causes certain items to have missing textures. I tested all the other mods I downloaded, and Bright Ores seems to be the only mod causing the issue.

Industrial Revolution version
Bright Ore version
Minecraft version
Is there any else mod installed?

Could you please try only loading these mods?
