Wrong replacement in retweet from Twitter in Mastodon #103

There seems to be an error when (re)tweets are posted to Mastodon via moa. Somehow moa thinks that a specific word is also a Twitter mention and replaced that by a mention in the Mastodon toot.

hmm, yeah this is a bug introduced by my recent changes. I'll take a look at it.
